Who is this package best suited for?
This is not your first birth but you know you deserve doula support with every birth.
You have a great support system in place for the postpartum period.
Breastfeeding is not a concern.

Packet 2: Babymoon Package $1575
Complete birth and labor support services: $1575
Package Includes:
*2 Prenatal sessions (virtual or in-person) each one hour to plan your birth
*Birth education, preparation, and planning
*In person labor and birth support: either from the onset of active labor or request of the laboring mother
* Light massage, partner support, acupressure, counter pressure, aromatherapy, position changes and more.
*On-call - 24/7 - 38 weeks until delivery.
*2 Postpartum follow up (one hour): Usually within two weeks of delivery.
*Virtual postpartum and lactation support up to 90 days postpartum
Who is this package for?
You are expecting your first baby AND you have a great support system in place for the postpartum period.
Your are planning to attempt a VBAC AND you have a great support system in place for the postpartum period.
You have had a previous vaginal birth and want to add a doula to your birth team for a healthier and happier birth.

Packet 3: Full Babymoon Package $2400
Package Includes:
*2 Prenatal sessions (virtual or in-person) to plan your birth.
Birth education, preparation, and planning
*1 Prenatal lactation consult (can be substituted for a sixth postpartum support visit)
Health history questionnaire, breast assessment, breastfeeding 101, create infant feeding plan
*In person labor and birth support: either from the onset of active labor or request of the laboring mother
Light massage, partner support, acupressure, counter pressure, aromatherapy, position changes and more.
*On-call - 24/7 - 38 weeks until delivery.
*1 Postpartum support visit within 24 -48 hrs of birth
Support for transition from birth setting to home. Discuss newborn and postpartum care. Debrief birth.
*4 Additional postpartum support visits (up to 3 hour visits during the first 60 days postpartum)
Lactation consults, infant massage sessions (see below), emotional/mental health support, assist with light household chores, meal prep or other customized support agreed upon at contract signing
*Virtual postpartum and lactation support and education up to 90 days postpartum

*If you are planning a cesarean this package can be customized to offer one prenatal visit, birth day support and 24 hours of postpartum support split into eight three hour daytime support visits.

The Milky Way- Lactation Consults (Included in packet 3 if desired)
Lactation consult in the comfort of your home. Each visit varies and is customized to your unique needs. These consultations are for expecting families who want to learn more about lactation and for those who have had their baby and would like breastfeeding/chestfeeding support. The consult includes a combination of the services listed below.
*Discuss pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period and any challenges the family has faced during this time.
*Pre/post feeding weight check
*Breastfeeding/chestfeeding assessment
*Oral exam
*Topics to discuss: What to expect from breastfeeding/chestfeeding, latch, painful/sore nipples, milk supply issues, mastitis, positioning, milk storage, baby’s poops, emotional support, returning to work breastfeeding plan, pumps and more.
*Care plan and follow up
*Coordination with PCP
*Referrals
All lactation consultations include a week of free virtual follow up by text message or email. In-home consults are available to those within a 25 mile radius of my location (Medford, Ashland, Central Point, White City, Jacksonville), unless you have prior approval.
Love Language- Infant Massage Sessions (Included in packet 3 if desired)
Customized infant massage class for you and your baby at home, in person or virtually anywhere. Learn infant massage in the comfort of your home. Evidence shows infant massage is effective at providing babies relief from colic, gas, constipation, teething discomfort as well as help babies with sleep, muscle tone and much more. Infant massage is an excellent way for fathers and mothers experiencing postpartum depression to bond with their infants. Visit varies and is customized to your unique needs. It includes a combination of the services listed below.
*Parent led discussions on topics such as: Benefits of infant massage and newborn states
*Relaxation techniques
*Your choice of learning two of the following: Legs/feet strokes, Stomach and chest strokes, Arms/hands strokes, Face/head strokes, Back strokes
What are my payment options?
Private Pay: Private pay packages will be billed in three installments. The first installment is due upon signing with me as your doula ($150 non refundable deposit to secure your EDD), the second installment is due at 36 weeks of pregnancy and the final installment is due two weeks postpartum. All additional services are due at the time of service.

HSA/FSA: We accept HSA/FSA payments and will provide an itemized receipt of services for labor and birth support and lactation consultations.
Payment Plans: Generous payment plans available to ensure you have you a doula if you want one.
